A family-owned, full-service property management firm, serving community associations and commercial properties in the greater Washington DC area.
Delbe Real Estate Co. was founded in 1980 by David Burka as a commercial management and development firm. As a 3rd generation Washingtonian and with an MBA and a background in accounting, Mr. Burka started his development projects with the development of what is now the American University Law Center in Spring Valley, DC. Following that project he developed the Bethesda Gateway, several strip shopping centers as well as a housing association in Maryland.
In 1993, Scott Burka joined the firm and utilizing his degree in Economics and background in banking, Delbe began managing community associations of all types and sizes and shortly after began working with cooperatives as well. Over the past seventeen years, Delbe’s community association portfolio has grown to include over 40 properties with six property managers, an accounting team, and support staff.
Delbe has grown to become a full service, boutique, property management firm working with communities of all sizes. With over 30 years of in business Delbe offers association management, sales, leasing, and unit management.
